To make bookings from this website, you will need to have pre-purchased web vouchers, (pricing details can be found by clicking on 'how it works' and vouchers can ordered using the on line order form) or have a valid tour operator user name and password. Please note that all bookings made will be confirmed to you by e.mail. If a request for a particular property is unavailable, we will try to suggest the next best alternative. Bookings are only firm once we have issued you with a confirmation.
If you prefer to browse a traditional book to select your hotel or B&B we publish full colour directories, which are available by mail order, one for the hotels and inns (£8.50 inc. postage), the other for our B&B selection (£6.50 inc. postage). Simply submit the order form from this site (there is a link at the base of this page).
Easy steps to making your booking
1. If you have pre-purchased web vouchers from a tour operator, simply ‘login’ using the code and password you have been given. Please allow up to 48 business hours following your purchase for your access code to ‘go live’ and be notified to you.
2. If you have pre-purchased ‘go as you please ‘ vouchers and simply wish to have a look at the places we represent, the map and search facilities provide access to all the accommodation within our publications. Telephone numbers and e.mail addresses are listed in the directories supplied by your tour operator. Please note that any requests for accommodation using GAYP vouchers cannot be made more than 48 hours before the date of stay.
3. If you wish to purchase web vouchers and/or directories from IHM a credit card will be required.
