Thank you for purchasing serviced vouchers from one of our worldwide partners. You can use your vouchers to stay at any of the 1000 plus properties listed on The Circle website. To book your stay, simply search and find properties on our website and submit the booking request form - we will then respond to you within a few days to confirm your reservation.
If you are travelling in peak periods please ensure we receive your requests as soon as possible and please be aware that it may take some time to find availability, especially if you are requesting the most popular destinations in high season.
To make your booking:

Search our website for your preferred properties using Places to stay.
- We have several criteria to help you make your selection; region, town or nearby attraction and a range of facility filters.
- Alternatively simply zoom into the map on the area you want to visit.
- When you find properties of interest you can save them to your shortlist and they will be added as options when you come to complete your booking request form.

Complete your
booking request form:
- Input your details and any special requests in the first section.
- Select the properties from your shortlist, enter into the 'Accommodations' section along with the date of stay.
- If you have multiple nights in your journey select 'Add new accommodation' at the bottom of the form to add additional stops.

Accommodation upgrades
Your credits represent the value of any accommodation listed as Category 1.
You can upgrade these if you want to by paying a supplement once we have made the reservation:
Cat 2 - £10.00 / €12 per person per night
Cat 3 - £20.00 / €24 per person per night
Cat 4 - £30.00 / €36 per person per night
Cat 5 - £40.00 / €48 per person per night
Cat 6 - £50.00 / €60 per person per night
Cat 7 - £60.00 / €72 per person per night
Cat 8 - £70.00 / €84 per person per night
Cat 9 - Supplements are variable and will be advised at the time of booking but are often much higher than Cat 8.
We have tried to clarify where a property has more than one category which rate applies:
HS = High Season, generally May to October
LS = Low Season, generally November to April excluding public holidays
Room dependent – the property has some classic and other feature rooms, the latter being the more expensive option
Day dependent, generally weekends are more expensive than weekdays
If you would like us to clarify the supplement for a property before placing your reservation please simply ask us to do so on your booking request.
Supplements are paid by a secure facility when the booking is complete.
Once we have confirmed your preferred property, there is an amendment fee of £10 per room per night for any subsequent changes.
